Q: What is your return window?

A: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: It is fault-based. Moderngirlwear covers costs for defective items or wrong styles/sizes sent by us. For “change of mind” or incorrect size ordered by the customer, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

A: Please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence of the defect. We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Shipping & Orders

Q: How much is shipping and how long does it take?

A: We charge a $6.99 Flat Rate. Delivery typically takes 4–9 business days (1-2 days handling + 3-7 days transit) within the USA.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Yes, but only within 12 hours of placement. Please email us with “URGENT” in the subject line. Once processing begins, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Q: How do I choose the right size?

A: We recommend checking our Size Guide link on the product page. For an “Oversized” look with our Hoodies or Sweatshirts, we suggest sizing up one level.

Q: How should I wash my T-shirts and Hoodies?

A: To preserve the print quality, wash inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly onto the printed graphics.
