1. Shop’s Responsibility (Free Return)

Moderngirlwear will cover 100% of return and reshipment costs if:

  • The apparel is defective (fabric tears, stitching errors, or faulty prints).
  • The wrong size, color, or style was sent by our team.
  • Items were damaged during transit.

Requirement: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue.

2. Customer’s Responsibility

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if:

  • You changed your mind or no longer want the item.
  • The wrong size was ordered (please check our size chart carefully before purchasing).
  • The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

3. Eligibility & Refund Process

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Items with perfume scents or makeup stains will not be accepted.
  • Inspection: All returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse to ensure eligibility.
  • Timeline: Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
