2. Shipping & Orders

• Flat Rate: $6.99 (US Exclusively).
• Timeline: 1-2 business days for handling; 3-7 business days for transit.
• Security: We reserve the right to cancel orders with billing discrepancies or suspected fraud.

3. Returns & Cancellations

• Cancellations: Must be requested within 12 hours of order placement.
• Returns: 30-day window for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging.
• Responsibility: Fault-based policy (We pay for our errors; Customers pay for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing).

4. Intellectual Property

All apparel designs, logos, product imagery, and website content are the exclusive property of Moderngirlwear. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Moderngirlwear is not liable for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific order.
