Handling and transit times are estimates only. Moderngirlwear is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), severe weather, customs delays, or logistics disruptions beyond our control.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from carrier delays or lost packages once handed over to the courier. We are not responsible for inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.
