Payment Methods

We offer a simple, secure checkout experience. Your payment is handled by trusted processors and your full card details are never stored on our servers.

What we accept

PayPal	PayPal	You'll be redirected to PayPal to log in and approve the payment, then returned to our site.	Use your PayPal balance or your linked funding source within PayPal.

We do not accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, checks, or money orders.

Secure checkout

All payments are processed by Stripe, Airwallex, or PayPal using industry-standard encryption.
We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Additional verification (such as 3D Secure/SCA) may be required by your bank to complete payment.

When you are charged

When you place an order, your bank or PayPal places an authorization. The final charge is captured once your order is confirmed.
If an order fails or is canceled before capture, any pending authorization will be released by your bank or PayPal. The timing of this release is determined by them.
Your statement descriptor may reference our website (moderngirlwear.shop) and/or the payment processor.

Currency and possible fees

Charges are made in the currency shown at checkout.
Your card issuer may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees; these are outside our control.

If your payment is declined

Double-check card number, expiry date, CVC, billing name, and billing address.
Complete any bank security prompts (3D Secure) and avoid reloading or closing the page mid-verification.
Try a different card or PayPal if available.
Contact your bank to allow online or international transactions, or to lift fraud blocks.
Wait a minute before retrying to avoid duplicate pending authorizations. If you see multiple pending lines, only one successful charge will settle; the rest will drop off per your bank’s timeline.

Refunds and reversals

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once we process a refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or PayPal.

Payment review and order security

To protect customers from unauthorized use, we may place an order on brief hold for verification or request additional confirmation. Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled and any pending authorization released.
