Returns & Exchanges

We want your pieces to fit your style and your schedule. If something isn’t right, our returns process is straightforward and designed for quick resolution.

Return shipping Customer is responsible for return postage for change-of-mind/fit returns. If we sent a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping.
Original shipping fees Not refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).
Approval required All returns must be authorized by our team before you ship. Once approved, ship the item within 14 days.
Processing time 3–5 business days from the date the return is delivered to us. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.
Exchanges Subject to stock. Fastest option: purchase the desired size/color now and return the original for a refund once received and approved.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Final sale or clearance items marked non-returnable at checkout
  • Intimates: lingerie, underwear, and bodysuits
  • Swimwear with hygiene liner or tags removed
  • Earrings for pierced ears
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of wear (deodorant, makeup, fragrance, smoke, pet hair, or stains)

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. For defects or wrong items, include clear photos and the packing slip if available.
  2. Wait for our authorization and instructions. We’ll confirm eligibility and share the correct return address. Please do not send items without approval.
  3. Pack the item securely with all tags and original packaging where possible. We recommend a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt.
  4. Once your return is delivered to us, we’ll inspect it and email you an update on approval and next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the item price paid (less any non-refundable shipping). If an item is returned used, missing tags, or otherwise not in original condition, we may decline the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion. Discounts and promotions are reflected proportionally in the refund.

Exchanges

To get the right size or color quickly, place a new order and return the original item after authorization. If you prefer a traditional exchange and the item is in stock, let us know in your email and we’ll outline options.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement (if available) or a refund, and we’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping when the issue is on us.

Packaging guidelines

  • Include all original tags, accessories, and branded packaging where applicable.
  • Use a protective outer box or mailer; remove or cover old labels.
  • For sets, return all components together.

Return address

We will provide the correct return address after approval. Do not mail returns to our office at 1816 Broadway St, Denton, TX 76201 without authorization, as processing will be delayed.
