We keep shipping simple and predictable. Below is exactly what to expect from the moment you place an order until it lands at your door.

Shipping Fee
Standard shipping is a flat $6.99 per order. If your order ships in multiple boxes, you will not be charged extra beyond the initial shipping fee.
Where We Ship
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- We can deliver to most residential and business addresses. Some carriers have limitations for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO; if applicable, please contact us before ordering so we can advise.
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships.
- It can take 24–48 hours for a new tracking number to show movement after label creation.
- If you don’t see the email, check spam/junk or contact support.
Split Shipments
- To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages.
- You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each package at no additional shipping charge.
Address Accuracy and Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
- After an order is submitted, it moves quickly to our warehouse. If you need an address change, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.
- We cannot reroute packages after they have shipped.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it to an updated address for an additional $6.99 shipping fee.
Delivery Expectations
- Carriers may deliver at different times depending on your area. Some deliveries may occur on weekends.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates. Severe weather, carrier capacity, holidays, or other factors can cause delays outside our control.
- Most orders do not require a signature. Carriers may leave the package in a secure location at their discretion.
Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, first check around the property and with household members or neighbors.
- If still missing, delayed beyond the estimate, or delivered damaged, email [email protected] within 7 days of the last tracking update. We’ll help investigate with the carrier and advise next steps.
Preorders & Backorders
- If an item is marked as a preorder or backorder, processing begins when the item is in stock.
- We will notify you by email if your order has different processing times.
Holidays & Weekends
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
