  • Transit Time: 2 – 6 Business Days (Mon – Fri).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 3 – 9 Business Days.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the official carrier website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to monitor your package in real-time.

3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a generous 60-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days to initiate a return.

Are there any return fees?

No. Moderngirlwear offers a No-Fee Return Policy. We do not charge restocking fees, and we provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our Bay Shore facility, we will process your refund within 12 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

What conditions must the returned items meet?

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all "Moderngirlwear" tags still attached.

Currently, Moderngirlwear focuses on serving the United States domestic market. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
